What is THCA?
THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the naturally occurring, non psychoactive precursor to THC found in raw hemp. Our products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
Is this legal?
Our products are federally compliant under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the 2018 Farm Bill), containing less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry weight basis. State laws vary and change — it is your responsibility to know the laws where you live before ordering.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes — every product is tested by an accredited third party laboratory. A certificate of analysis (COA) is linked on every product page and collected on our Lab Results page.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Monday through Friday ship the same day via USPS. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends, ship the next business day. Shipping is $10 flat, and free on orders of $100 or more.
Is the packaging discreet?
Completely. Plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents. What arrives at your door is between you and the toaster.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number the moment your order ships. You can also look up any order anytime at our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Do you verify age?
Yes. All customers must be 21 or older. We require age confirmation on the site and reserve the right to require identity verification on any order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days at info@toastedthemosted.com and we will make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by our secure payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship fast, so email info@toastedthemosted.com immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel and refund in full. Once it is with USPS, it follows the return policy.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it is nowhere to be found, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. Full details on the Shipping and Returns page.
Will THCA products cause me to fail a drug test?
Very possibly, yes. THCA and its byproducts can trigger a positive result on drug screens. If you are subject to testing, do not use these products.
