Terms of Use

Effective date: July 6, 2026 · These terms are an agreement between you and TTM Group LLC ("TTM," "we," "us").

By using toastedthemosted.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility — 21+ only

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site or purchase our products. By using the Site you represent that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to require proof of age and identity on any order and to cancel and refund any order where age cannot be verified.

2. Product compliance and your responsibility

  • Our products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry weight basis, consistent with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).
  • State and local laws regarding hemp derived products vary and change frequently. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction before ordering. We may refuse or cancel orders to jurisdictions where sale is restricted.
  • Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Do not use our products if you are pregnant or nursing, operate vehicles or machinery while using them, or use them if you are subject to drug testing.
  • Keep all products away from children and pets.

3. Orders and payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Displayed prices include any applicable taxes; shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, address issues, or stock errors. Declined orders are fully refunded.
  • Payment is processed by our third party payment processor. We never store your full card number.
  • If a pricing or stock error occurs, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected terms or cancel for a full refund.

See Shipping & Returns for full details. Summary: USPS flat rate $10, free at $100+; orders before 3:00 PM Pacific on business days ship the same day. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier, or for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days; opened consumable products cannot be returned. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items are replaced or refunded — contact us within 7 days of delivery. Full policy at Shipping & Returns.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, our brand, the toaster character, product names, copy, and imagery are the property of TTM Group LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach security, scraping at abusive volume, submitting false information, placing fraudulent orders, or reselling products in violation of law. We may suspend access and cancel orders for violations.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TTM GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TTM Group LLC harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or of applicable law, including laws of your jurisdiction regarding purchase or possession of hemp derived products.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be noted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
