Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Rate: $10 flat via USPS anywhere we ship. FREE on orders of $100 or more (after discounts).
  • Same day shipping: orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
  • Tracking: you get a USPS tracking number by email the moment your label is scanned. You can also check anytime on our Track Order page.
  • Packaging: plain, discreet, odor controlled. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside.
  • Destinations: we ship within the United States. It is your responsibility to confirm our products are permitted in your state or locality before ordering — see our Terms of Use.

Delivery issues

  • Damaged in transit: email photos of the package and contents to info@toastedthemosted.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund.
  • Wrong or missing items: contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately.
  • Marked delivered but not received: first check with household members and neighbors, then contact your local USPS office with the tracking number. If it doesn't turn up within 3 business days, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution.
  • Returned to sender / bad address: if a package comes back due to an address error, we'll reship at cost or refund the merchandise minus original shipping.

Returns

  • Unopened products: returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price. Contact us first for a return authorization; return shipping is on you unless the return is our error.
  • Opened consumable products: not returnable, for health and safety reasons.
  • Refund timing: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return (or immediately for our errors).

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us immediately — we ship fast. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full. Once it's with USPS, it's a return.
